Apache Volleyball defeats North Central Texas College

The Apaches (6-1, 0-1) defeated North Central Texas College 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-13) last night in Wagstaff Gym. Breeana Gamueda led the attack for the Apaches with 9 kills followed by Sheretta Hill's 5 kills and Kariely Santana's 4 kills. Defensively, Lydeke King tallied 2 solo block and 3 assists and Hill had 1 solo block and 3 assists.

The Apaches hit the road for a 3-game stretch against Temple (Monday, Sept. 10), conference foe Panola (Wednesday, Sept. 12) and North Central Texas College (Monday, Sept. 17) before returning home on Wednesday, Sept. 19 for a conference showdown with Trinity Valley CC.
