The question has come up regarding the requirement of final high school transcripts with the suspension of the HS(-3)/HS(3+) classification for student-athletes. Article V, Section 13.C.5.e is the bylaw which requires the final high school transcript. That requirement was not altered by the suspension of rules associated with the HS(-3) classification of student-athletes. The final transcript from high school is still required for all student-athletes participating in the NJCAA.
