As the director of compliance and eligibility, Wanda Bodey helps oversee NJCAA member college eligibility and letter of intent systems. Bodey supports the executive committee, eligibility committee, region directors and assistant regional directors on daily initiatives.

As one of the longest tenured staff members in the NJCAA National Office, Bodey joined the organization in 1994 as an administrative assistant. Bodey was promoted to the associate executive director of compliance and served in the position for several years before being named to her current position as the director of compliance and eligibility in 2018.

Bodey received her bachelor’s in sports management from the United States Sports Academy.

Bodey grew up in the small town of Eads in Eastern Colorado and currently hails in Pueblo West, Colorado, with her husband and daughter.
