Bio

Lydia Morris joined the NJCAA National Office in March 2024. Morris attended the University of Maryland, earning a bachelor's degree in communication. Prior to UMD, Morris attended member college, CCBC Essex and competed on the women's soccer team, earning a bid to two national championships. After graduation, Morris coached adapted sports at the Maryland School for the Blind and worked in operations for the Aberdeen Ironbirds as well as several NJCAA member colleges across Maryland.

Morris is a Baltimore native and loves the Orioles and Capitals. In her free time, she enjoys playing ice hockey, painting, line dancing, and spending time with her cat, Boogs Barbeque.
