The 2025 NJCAA Convention presented by Nufabrx will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton-Denton Covention Center in Denton, Texas, from Sunday, April 13 – Thursday, April 17.

The event includes NJCAA sport and governance committee meetings, professional and leadership development sessions, sponsor and partner exhibit hall, and the annual awards dinner. NJCAA athletic directors, coaches, sport information directors, administrators, and presidents are invited to participate in professional development sessions led by association members, industry leaders, and partners and sponsors. Attendees have the opportunity to directly interact with the NJCAA partners and sponsors, network with peers, and listen in on sports committees. Convention kickoff will be the evening of Sunday, April 13, with a welcome reception and exhibit hall. All NJCAA members are invited to attend.
